MUNTINLUPA POLICE STATIONNEWS RELEASE“NEUTRALIZATION OF THE ALVIN BACOL @ITLOG CRIMINAL GANG”In the report of Muntinlupa City Police Station to PCSUPT JOSE ERWIN TVILLACORTE, DD, SPD that a shoot-out transpired at about 8:30 AM, August 13, 2014at Balbanero Compound, Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa City wherein the allegedsuspect who died on the spot was identifiedd as one ALVIN BACOL a.k.a ITLOG, thealleged leader of the of the ALVIN BACOL @ITLOG CRIMINAL GANG.The other members of his group who were apprehended during the operation wereidentified as follows:
A retired enlisted personnel from the Philippine Army who was apparently under the influence of liquor was arrested by Quezon City policemen the other day in Quezon City after walking at the center lane along EDSA causing traffic jam.
Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director Police Chief Superintendent Richard Albano identified the arrested man as Alexander Alisasa, 46 y/o, married and native of Bolo Norte, Sipocot, Camarines Sur.
Report showed that at about 2:10 p.m, August 4, 2014, patrolling policemen from Project 4 Police Station (PS-8) responded to a report about the presence of Alisasa while walking at the center lane along EDSA near People Power Monument going to Gate 2, EDSA Corinthian causing slow movement of vehicles.
Responding policemen identified as SPO1 Ariel Camiling and PO2 Harold Malagiona and MMDA Traffic Constable 1 Ney Sherwin approached Alisasa and was told to take the pedestrian lane.
However, instead of heeding the authorities, the suspect wielded a fan knife prompting the policemen to subdue him and confiscated the fan knife before he could inflict harm.
He was brought to the police station and face charges of Direct Assault and violation of City Ordinance 5121.
Meanwhile, in another report, police have arrested two suspects for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Anti-illegal Drugs Act of 2002.
The suspects were identified as Wilfredo Tuzon, alias Willy Putakte, 52, single resident ofNo.625 G. Araneta Ave., Tatalon, Quezon City and Jefferson Peña, alias Butchoy, 35 y/o, from no. 14P Maayusin Extension Brgy. San Vicente, Quezon City.
Tuzon was arrested in a buy-bust operation by operatives of District Anti-illegal Special Operations Task Group (DAIDSOTG) at around 6:30 p.m in barangay Tatalon after yielding two heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu and the five hundred peso bill used as marked money.
Peña was also arrested by patrolling policemen of Quirino Police Station (PS-9) at about 4:30 p.m, August 4, 2014 along University Lane Brgy. San Vicente, Quezon City shortly before he was caught in possession of a bladed weapon. When further frisked, he yielded one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu.
PCSupt Albano commended the policemen for their accomplishments which manifest full support of the “Serbisyong Makatotohanan” CODE-P and Beyond program of the Chief PNP, PDG Alan La Madrid Purisima.
