Elements of Anti-Carnapping (Ancar) Section, Criminal Investigation Unit (CIDU) of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) neutralized three (3) suspects in a shootout around 2:00 AM today (December 6) at the underpass of Mindanao Avenue Extension, Brgy. Talipapa, Quezon City.
QCPD Director PCSUPT RICHARD A ALBANO said that the suspects were still unidentified. The first suspect was only described as 5’4 in height, fair complexion, medium build, wearing white T-Shirt and white short pants; the second, 5’3 in height, wearing sky blue T-Shirt and black maong pants; and the third one, about 5’4 in height wearing stripe T-Shirt and black short pants.

The conference discussed the updates on crime rates in Metro Manila especially on the identified area of concern.
