QCPD: ‘Enzo Pastor’ murder case solved, Gunman, mastermind arrested

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director Police Chief Superintendent RICHARD ALBANO announced the solution to the murder case of car racer Ferdinand “Enzo” Pastor with the arrest recently of self-confessed gunman in Quezon City who later named the alleged mastermind.
PCSupt Albano identified the gunman as Police Officer 2 (PO2) Edgar Angel, 42 years old, assigned with the Pasay Police Station and resident of No. 170 Villaruel Street, Brgy. 28 Zone 4, District1 Pasay City and the alleged mastermind as Domingo De Guzman, alias Sandy,40 years old, businessman and resident of no. 61 Jose Leido Street, BF Homes, Parañaque City.

NCRPO Deploys 908 New Police Recruits for Field Training Give Awards to Personnel and Partners for Successful SONA 2014

The National Capital Region Police Office Regional Director, PDIR Carmelo E Valmoria turned over the 908 new police recruits to the five (5) Police Districts of the NCRPO to undergo a five (5) month Field Training Exercise starting August 18, 2014 until December 22, 2014.
The distribution includes: 120 police rookies to the Northern Police District, 176 to Eastern Police District, 184 to Manila Police District, 188 to Southern Police District, and 240 to Quezon City Police District to be trained on the different police’s functions in the field such as traffic, investigation and patrol.
