Espina gives Posthumous award to PCI Ferdinand Rosario Supports Full Investigation of the Accident
National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief, Police Director Leonardo A Espina calls for the thorough investigation on the vehicular incident that lead to the death of Police Chief Inspector Ferdinand C. Rosario, Company Commander/3rd Public Safety Company of the Regional Public Safety Battalion, NCRPO and injuring three (3) other police officers: PO2 Jun Rey Ybañez, PO1 Nerilito Palima, and PO1 Andro Manangan along Skyway near Sucat Toll Plaza on Black Saturday morning.

“Ang ating pagwasak sa mga video karera machines ngayon ay hudyat sa patuloy nating pagsulong sa pagpalaganap ng ating adhikain sa pagsupil ng mga illegal gambling na sumisira lalong-lalo na sa kinabukasan ng ating mga kabataan.” Police Director Leonardo A Espina, Regional Director, National Capital Region Police Office said as he leads today the mass destruction of 112 confiscated “video karera” machines from the five (5) Police Districts of NCRPO at NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig.

Espina Awards Forty-five (45) NPD Cops
National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Regional Director, PDIR Leonardo A Espina, medaled “Medalya ng Kasanayan” and “Medalya ng Papuri” to forty-five (45) good working police officers assigned in Northern Police District (NPD) headed by PCSUPT Joel Ma. Alvarez during NPD’s Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony (March 18, 2012) at Tanigue St, Kaunlaran Village in Caloocan City.
NCRPO “PADs” Metro Manila for Summer Vacation 2013
PDIR Leonardo A Espina, Regional Director, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) ordered today all District Directors to establish Public Assistance Desks (PADs) in all areas where large numbers of people converge such as malls, MRTs, LRTs, bus terminals, tourist spots, and recreation areas and to maximize the deployment of uniformed personnel to key areas for immediate police assistance in preparation for summer vacation (SUMVAC) 2013 that starts last week of March and ends first week of June.
